Shipping policy

Policies below apply to orders shipped within the United States. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume launches, processing may take longer; we will post updates when applicable.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Standard shipping delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options (when available at checkout) may arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected method. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown automatically at checkout when eligible.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy & undeliverable packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item(s). We will work with you on a replacement or resolution.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Please review the guidelines below before starting a return.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags/packaging included.

How to start a return

Email us via the Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with next steps and the return address (if approved).

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please request an exchange within the return window. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return: gift cards, final sale items, and items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or damage in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
